- Make sure you refresh your browser window.
- Clean out your temporary internet files. Temporary files make a mess of everything and slow your system considerably. Its best to use a 3rd party application if you are not familiar with the process. Please use your search engine to find out how to complete the task by yourself.

If you are using an older version browser, or one not listed, I suggest you upgrade.
Why are there no prices listed?
Pricing the surplus chemical market is difficult, if not impossible to do. Market prices change like the stock market, and our prices reflect a substancial discount from that. Our sources change as well, and so does the quality of material. It is because of all these variables that it was determined to keep pricing on a personal basis, and conducted via the telephone or e-mail.
You don't have what I need
The surplus chemical market is not one normally associated with a steady supply of any one resource. But never fear, we appraise new material weekly so drop us a line describing your needs and we will contact you as soon as we find material suitable for you.

I am having trouble downloading a document or opening an attachment e-mailed to us.
Please use provided links for any downloads as all indexes are protected. Disable any download managers and retry using a browser window.
As for opening documents e-mailed to you, that depends on what type of file it is. Some common types:
1. [.jpg or .jpeg] - This is a picture file and you need a viewer to open it.
2. [.pdf] - This is an Adobe Acrobat file. You will need Adobe Acrobat to view it. The reader is free and available on the Adobe site.
3. [.doc/.rtf/.txt] - Are all Microsoft document types. They can all be opened with notepad, wordpad, or Microsoft Word.
4. [.rar or .zip] - These are compressed files and you will need a decompression tool to open them to see whats inside. winRar and Winzip are examples of applications that can do this. ** Please keep in mind that certain e-mail providers eliminate file attachments "for your own protection". This means they were deleted before they ever got to you. The Ahart Chemical Co. has no control over what your ISP or e-mail provider allow or dis-allow. It is up to you to find a suitable e-mail service.**
